Welcome to Creative Living Painting, Inc. By accessing or using our services, website, or engaging with our team, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before requesting a quote or hiring our services.

1. Services Provided

Creative Living Painting, Inc. is a licensed C33 painting contractor in California (License #1065927) offering residential and commercial painting services, including:

  • House, apartment, and condo painting

  • Interior and exterior painting

  • Office and commercial building painting

  • Painting repairs, stucco installation and repair

  • Wood staining and wood repair

  • Trim and fascia repair

All services are performed by trained and certified painters who adhere to industry standards.

2. Estimates and Payment

  1. Clients receive a written estimate prior to work.

  2. A 50% deposit may be required to schedule and secure services.

  3. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project.

  4. Any additional work requested by the client will be quoted separately and added to the final invoice.

3. Scheduling and Project Duration

  • Project start dates are assigned after estimate approval and deposit receipt.

  • Turnaround times vary depending on project size, preparation, and finish requirements.

  • Creative Living Painting, Inc. strives to meet agreed-upon deadlines but is not responsible for delays caused by weather, supply issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Property Protection

We take every precaution to protect your property during painting projects. This includes covering floors, furniture, and landscaping with drop cloths, plastic, masking tape, and other protective materials.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing access to the property during agreed work hours

  • Removing personal or fragile items from the work area

  • Informing us of any pre-existing damage or special requirements

6. Walkthrough and Approval

Upon completion, a walkthrough inspection is conducted by the project foreman and the client. Approval of the finished work is required before the project is considered complete. Clients may provide feedback or request minor touch-ups at this stage.

7. Touch-Ups and Warranty

  • Leftover paint is generally provided for future touch-ups.

  • Creative Living Painting, Inc. will return to correct any missed areas or issues identified during or after the walkthrough.

  • Our workmanship is guaranteed, and any defects resulting from our work will be corrected promptly.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Creative Living Painting, Inc. is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

  • Liability is limited to the cost of services provided.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes before engaging in new projects. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved under California jurisdiction.
